Doing an addition project is hard. Randy and his crew did a great job planning and executing our project. He took my crazy idea and ran with it.

We added on 1200 square feet and had a lot of ideas. Whenever I had a new idea, he walked me though it and helped me mature ut a reality. He fixed our problem with one existing hvac system and turned it into 2 systems, and split them to be one for each floor. That alone has been a huge relief. People tell us they can't tell it's an addition when they walk through. The transitions are smooth and natural looking. People always have to ask what we added on. I was indecisive a lot and stressed out, and he helped me make decisions and stay calm. He was patient through the process and helped me with all my questions.

He did it for much less than the competition and completed it just a few months. We started our project at the end of April and it was finished by the beginning of August. If we hadn't run into a problem with the painters, it would have been finished in July. He gave us tips from an insider perspective, but ultimately let me do what I wanted. He handled all the subcontractors so I didn't have to and made sure things were running smoothly. He still checks on us 7 months later to make sure we are happy and things are going well.

Recently, Randy fixed my bathroom vent which had been malfunctioning for years. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to make the necessary repairs in no time. The vent is now working better than ever, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Randy also installed a reverse osmosis system in my kitchen. He was very thorough in his approach and made sure to explain everything he was doing every step of the way. The end result was a perfectly functioning water filtration system that has made a huge difference in the quality of my drinking water.

Overall, I can't recommend Randy highly enough. He takes pride in his work, genuinely cares about his clients and treats your home with the same care and respect he would his own. You can trust him to get the job done right the first time, and you can rely on him for ongoing support and maintenance.
